The MassHire Merrimack Valley Career Center is a One-Stop career center, providing a wide range of services to job seekers and businesses, youth to adults in the Merrimack Valley. As a comprehensive career center, you’ll find a wide range of services and resources designed to help job seekers quickly and easily secure their first job, find a new job or research other career opportunities, and allow businesses to identify and recruit qualified, skilled workers to enhance their workforce. Youth can also find a broad set of programs designed to help them obtain skills in a variety of occupations.

MassHire Programs & Services are funded in full by US Department of Labor (USDOL) Employment and Training Administration grants. Additional details furnished upon request.

The Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc. (GLCAC) is the federally- designated Community Action Agency (CAA) for the Greater Lawrence area.

For sixty years, GLCAC has worked to disrupt poverty and improve community life through programs providing employment supports, education, social services, childcare, health and nutrition services, housing, and more.

GLCAC is proud to partner with local organizations, public offices at all levels of government, and private agencies. Currently GLCAC serves over 33,000 clients annually and has an annual operating budget of $47 million.
